
On the SERVED Podcast with Andy Roddick, I focused on optimizing the show’s operational and production infrastructure. I implemented workflow efficiencies that improved coordination between production, post-production, and distribution teams, allowing the show to maintain consistency and scale output effectively.
I helped refine post-production processes, including edit workflows, delivery standards, and versioning for multiple platforms. In addition, I managed production logistics for on-site activations at the US Open, Tennis Hall of Fame, Laver Cup, and more to ensure smooth on-site execution and alignment across technical and production crews.
Beyond production, I provided administrative support spanning payroll, merchandise coordination, and overall team operations, ensuring the show’s growing ecosystem remained organized, efficient, and well-supported.
